Typology: red.

Exclusively made with the finest handpicked bunches of nebbiolo grapes from our most prominently positioned vineyards; the grapes are pressed after a long period of naturally ventilated drying.

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification: traditional submerged-cap vinification with maceration of the grape skins at a controlled temperature.

Aging: minimum aging period of 12 months in small oak barriques followed by a period of refinement in bottles.

Alcohol content: 15,5% vol.

Serving temperature: 18°C - 19°C

Food pairing: Pairs superbly with main courses featuring red meats, wild game and medium-mature cheeses.
