Typology: white.

A young and fresh white wine with fruity and floral tones. Characterised with a pleasant nebbiolo structure, a tantalisingly light aroma from the rossola and an intriguing, somewhat exotic bouquet of chardonnay.

Grape variety: rossola 50%, chardonnay 35%, nebbiolo 15%

Vinification: Soft pressing of the hand-harvested grapes in horizontal membrane presses, before a period of fermentation at a controlled temperature below 18 ° C.

Aging: Brief period in small barrels followed by a period of refinement in stainless steel barrels and bottle aging.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Serving temperature: 10°C - 12°C

Food pairing: Ideally served with appetizers or alongside any course, particularly with dishes featuring delicately flavoured meat and fish.
